$50,000 to Grimsby West Lincoln Memorial Hospital
Remaining funds to St. Catharines Oncology Floor
Allocation Conditions
Applicant must be an incorporated charity in operation for at least 2 years.
Applications may apply for grants for:
Treatment
Education
Capital expenditures with respect to (a) or (b) below (i) Applications must
(a) provide evidence that the applicant is an incorporated charity
(b) provide financial statements for the last 2 years
(ii) Describe the project, the budget for the project and the amount of funds requested
(iii) Be submitted on or before May 1 st of each year
Following the run each year it will be decided how the funds shall be allocated.
